What an Awesome Day!

"BabyDoc" waiting before Mass

Today, our Goddaughter, “BabyDoc”, received our Lord in the Eucharist for the first time!!!  It was a lovely Mass.  BabyDoc looked more beautiful than usual and her heart was just soaring in anticipation of the moment!  After Mass, we took a few pictures, ran home to change and had a meal together at Applebee’s.  It was really nice to get out together (we need to do that more often!) and to make it more enjoyable, we had a great server who managed our party of 16 with real patience and proficiency!  Server J, I know you’ll never see this, but I thank you sincerely for your great service!

And now, on to the pictures (yes, there are a couple of granddaughter pics included! oh, and I am seeing more and more of her daddy in her!😀 )
