We’re (finally) Home.

We’re (finally) home.

The trip was fine except for the a/c issue, which we’ll take care of this week (we took it to a national chain for repair, so we’ll take it there to make it right.)  There was rain along the way today.  The temps didn’t get too miserable so not having properly working a/c was not the issue it could have been.

The kids were really great on this trip and we are so thankful!

The first thing TheBoy did when we walked in was to run upstairs and declare, “MY ROOM IS STILL HERE!!!!”  Then he came back downstairs and ran out of the back door and checked a couple of things out.  He reported that his swing still works!  He is so happy to be home!

The yard looks terrible ~ we didn’t ask the person watching the house to water it (and really, we probably wouldn’t have anyway since it has to be done manually and it’s quite a bit of lawn.  We need to get that sprinkler system fixed SOON!)

Now to try to download those photos!

God bless you!
