Yesterday, I signed up for The Daily Gospel email. When I wake in the morning (which is usually pretty early!) the day’s reading, psalm and gospel, plus a commentary of the day (today by Pope Benedict XVI) are in my inbox. It is really great having it all right there, helping me to focus my day, meditate along with the rest of the church and fill my mind and heart with God’s Word. Such a small, powerful thing. I love it.
Letter to the Ephesians 2,19-22.
So then you are no longer strangers and sojourners, but you are fellow citizens with the holy ones and members of the household of God, built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, with Christ Jesus himself as the capstone. Through him the whole structure is held together and grows into a temple sacred in the Lord; in him you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.
“In him you also are being built together into a dwelling place of God in the Spirit.” This is what I’ll be chewing on today.

O Mary, conceived without sin,
Pray for us who have recourse to thee!
