Happy Birthday, Mary Clare!

Happy Birthday, Mary Clare!  It has been 7 long years since you left us.  We miss you still today.  And while our hearts still ache for you, we know that your life in heaven is full of perfections we cannot even imagine.  We are happy that you are our daughter and sister and we look forward to being with you one day in the full glory of the Trinity!

Happy birthday, Baby!

Mary Clare, our 10th child, was born still at 30 weeks. on 10 September 2001.  She died of complications of Fifth Disease.  Losing her was the most difficult thing we’ve gone through, but today we celebrate her sweet, perfect life, remain confident in God’s perfect plan and we rejoice in the idea of meeting her, as well as our other children, in heaven.  Our broken hearts will never be the same, but they have mended and healed.  God is faithful to never burden us with more than we can bear.

See her precious little footprints on my right sidebar.
