A Change of Plans

After “talking” with my husband, we decided that it is more prudent to fly to see our son and meet him for his return from the sandbox. The cost was not much more to fly. I am quite relieved. I was looking forward to all of the fun of a road trip, but it was going to be long and grueling. Flying will cut 2 to 4 days off of my trip and that will make it easier on my friends who are watching the animals. It will make it easier on my carseat hating boy, too.

We’re having big black garbage bag day again today. Time to get rid of all the crap that has accumulated since the last purge! I can actually see the surface of my desk! I forgot how nice it is! 😛 Now to get through all of that paperwork that has become my responsibility since my husband left. I had no idea! Thank you, hun, for taking care of that all these years!

Well, I’m not getting anywhere by sitting here. Time to start the laundry and get on filling those bags!
