  • The Word Everyday

CatholicContent.com has a cool little widget that feeds the Mass readings into a neat little frame everyday. Unfortunately, wordpress does not allow me to put it on my page. So, instead, here is a link to the daily readings on the Bishops' site.

  • Praying for Our Godchildren

Lord, bless and protect these Godchildren you've given us. Keep them in your constant care and help them to grow in knowledge and love of you! Guide their parents as they impart to them the most important things in their lives: to know, love and serve you and to obtain, by Your grace and mercy, heaven one day! Assist us as we assist them and keep us ever mindful that we are always an example to these children just as we are to the children you've given directly to us. Help us to be good and holy examples! God, please bless: JC JC BC AC JC JC M&M NG SW HW AW

If I got more sleep….

I’d probably get more done in less time.

I’d probably not have had to rip out my TKGA Master Hand [...]

Carkiller is sportin’ new wheels!

Well, not so new.  We found an ancient truck for him to drive today.  A 1988 Dodge Dakota (sorry, Chevy, we tried, but no one wants to part with their old S-10’s!).  It was way under budget and well cared for.  We’re pleased.  So is he.  He *almost* feels like HE got a new vehicle. [...]

Maybe I’ll be back next week!
