We met our friend, Lone Star Rising, at the airport. It wasn’t planned. Her dh was on his way back over after his R&R. God bless and protect them all as they complete the last leg of their tour. She kindly gave my dh a bottle of holy water, as we’d forgotten to pack some for him. So very sweet.
The plane was 3 hours late due to weather. What an awful time to have a delayed plane. It’s hard enough to say good bye without it dragging on longer than expected.
Here are some pics from the airport. yeah, it’s a lot. but it’s my blog. hehehe

Godspeed, my love, godspeed.
