Inspired by the words of Pope John Paul the Great in his Letter to Families, our family is striving to become what we are: a beacon of hope for the world, God’s icon of of love and fidelity, a culture centered on Truth, holiness and beauty. It is no mistake or simple coincidence that I inaugurated this blog on April 2, 2007, the second anniversary of the death of John Paul the Great.
This blog is my place to record and share our journey to becoming what we are. Sometimes the road is smooth, sometimes it is bumpy, sometimes there are roadblocks that require us to turn around and check our itinerary, but through it all, we hope, there is faith, hope and love.
Oh, and it is also my place to talk a little knitting, too!
